Erikka Douglas is VMS's Self-Contained LABS teacher. It is her first year teaching, but has been working at VMS for 4 years. She has really enjoyed the transition into teaching and taking on her own classroom. As she's watched her students learn how to solve problems without her help, it makes her so proud. "Whether it's math, reading, writing, or behavior, I love watching one of them conquer something we've worked on for a long time on their own".
In her free time, Ms. Douglass enjoys listening to music and writing.
