      2. Discuss Character Ed. Regarding tax credit funds-funds had been transferred in the
              2021-2022 school year. Start of 2022-2023 new funds have been received.
      3. Discuss Tax Credit-Guidelines for Public School Tax Credit shared with attendees.
      4. Discuss funds in tax credit-Motion made to transfer funds from undesignated in the
           amount of $785.82 to the Athletic Funds to pay Norcon Industries, INC. to purchase
           a new scoreboard for the VMS athletic department. Motion made by Mr. Paduano.
           2 nd made by Ashley R. Motion passed.
      5. Love Our Schools-November 5 th
      6. Set topics for next meeting-It was discussed to share tax credit funds with VMS
              teachers and staff to start clubs at VMS. Also discussed field trips for grade levels or
              specials. All are tabled at this time to be discussed for next site council meeting.

by Tonya Zavala to move tax credit funds from undesignated to field trips in the amount of
$1100. 2 nd made by James Mueller. Motion passes.  
     2  Update on TPS and Community Volunteering: WIN volunteering from community
members is becoming a success. Successes to be shared on Social Media.
     3. Bullying/Vandalism/Littering Competition: School wide poster competition
amongst grade levels about bullying, vandalism, and littering. Winning posters will get a
class pizza party.
     4. Set date and topics for next meeting: Headphone purchases for upcoming testing
was tabled until next meeting. Open House/Curriculum Night discussion is tabled for next
meeting.
